Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

End game menu and rank progress and certain tasks during game

The rank progression doesn't show up on my end game menu at all. It shows the emblems but not how many pips I do or do not get, but this information is updated on my user profile.
Also during game I don't receive any notifications for actions like killer stun or pallet drop while in chase.
Both these problems have been happening on all my games today after the update on PC.
