Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I've only had it happen twice but, it is something I've had tonight. I will be right on that notch with the black bar where safety is and still get a -1 and I know that it took it because I was on my only pip for Rank4.
Also this happened on Ps4 and doesn't seem to happen often.
