Rose Decay (Nurse weapon) - smoke effect is not attached to the weapon

Description of the Issue: The smoke effect of the Rose Decay weapon for the Nurse is not where it should be. It is completely detached from the weapon itself, moves on its own.
Steps to reproduce: Just play a game as Nurse with this weapon
How often does this occur: All the time
