PS4 Pro - Uncleansable totem on Lery's (Video)

I encountered an uncleansable Hex Totem on Lery's. My platform is the PS4 Pro.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, attempt to cleanse Hex Totem
Step 4 : Notice the totem is unable to be cleansed

Perks played: Self-Care, Sprint Burst, We're Gonna Live Forever, and Borrowed Time
Map: Lery's
Killer: Hag
Frequency of the issue: First time encountering issue
