Hawkins - after breaking a totem you get stuck

So me and my friends found another totem which makes you stuck. When cleansing totem in the main room at Hawkins, upon finishing you get stuck at stairs. Nothing can help you. The person can not be healed, picked up.
The room: 1P_HD131 - Rect_Lab_04
Totem: underneath the staircase, next to the barrels.
Platform: Steam/PC
