Confused about Challenge

Im stuck on the challenge "Where There's a Will". the challenge requires you to complete a generator or rescue people of the hook 2 times while injured with the perk Iron Will
What I'm confused about is that I rescued one survivor safely and finished one gen but still had not completed the challenge
(Note: I'm friends with Feng and he didn't mind me saving him in front of hillbilly, Also it said safe hook rescue so it counted)
am I supposed to finish 2 gens and rescue 2 survivors, or do I just have to do one of them, if I Unhook one survivor and finish one gen shouldn't that count

I think it's not working as intended. Try just doing two generators. That should work.
