Friends Lobby bug/ loading into match issue

I’m on Xbox and when my cross play friends join my lobby(any lobby together)and ready up and we’re looking for a match it will glitch about 2 mins in and re look for a match(noise indication) and after about 4/6 mins we will load screen to beginning screen or empty lobby where it says looking for match without being readied up. We’ve had this issue for two nights
