Mobile/Android - Crash during wiggle and hooking survivor

Something weird happened with my last game on mobile.

I was playing the survivor role (Dwight) and the killer (The Wraith) was carrying me to be hooked. My wiggle meter is already full but I couldn't be let out - the killer cannot drop me nor hook me. The game ended with the killer still unable to drop me even at the open hatch. My username is S@vannah playing the survivor Dwight.
