PTB all perks unlocked

I think it would be nice to have all perks unlocked during the PTB not very many of us have the time to unlock all of them. It would actually be very beneficial as well when they're looking at data whether it's for perks or a new killer because all players will have them at their disposal whether it be how perks synergize with a killer or a killer synergy with perks
