(problem solved) Is there a way to update a support ticket with more concrete evidence

I filed a support ticket for someone who was exploiting and what I thought was knowingly exploiting beyond a reasonable doubt but after filing it they decided to message me giving me conclusive evidence that yes they were indeed both exploiting and doing it knowingly, but I don't know if I am able to update my support ticket with my newfound evidence or where to do so.

You can look at your requests and add a comment under your requests where you can also upload more files.
Go to https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests, sign in to your account, click on the request where you want to add more evidence and then add the comment / files.
