Dead hard does not work against the victor pounce attack

Using dead hard vs the victor pounce attack is not working, the hit should be immune while using dead hard against the victor and i tried multiple times to avoid the hit by using dead hard and its not working, however i learned using dead hard on perfect time like dead hard dashing animation has been triggered Which means you are temporary immune to any hit or attack, but not the victor pounce attack.
