PS4 - CAN'T FIX GENERATOR ON ONE SIDE

Can't fix generator in backwater swamp (grim pantry)
Step 1 : Start game by exit door in front of Grim Pantry
Step 2 : Approach generator with another survivor
Step 3 : Clearly a three-sided gen but cannot interact with one side of the generator
Step 4 : 3-sided generator fixed by only two survivors because one side is not interactive
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Meg (other survivor was Dwight)
- Spine chill, resilience, iron will and borrowed time
- Backwater swamp (grim pantry)
- Happened twice on the 14th of August 2021
