Spirit haunting bug

If a survivor has Iron Will, he makes literally zero sounds. No footsteps, no breathing, when actually this perk should just remove the pain moans and it did this way before.
The gameplay on Spirit is unbearable with this bug. Total random and guessing.
Fix plz.
