My Reasoning On Why Alien Belongs In DbD

So I tried this with fnaf and uh... let's just say people got angry. But today I'm talking about Alien. Another franchise I've wanted in DbD and find it kind of odd it hasn't been added.

I also have an Alien Chapter concept that, if you're into that sort of stuff, I reccomend you check out. I enjoyed making it and (tho it's a little dated) you probably will too.

But here is my reasoning on why Alien belongs in DbD.

Money: Alien would make a lot of money for BHVR, and bring a bunch of new people into the game. The dynamic of Xenomorph as a killer and Ellen (motherfu*king) Ripley is too good to pass up. I do not understand how they aren't in the game already. Now Alien isn't that hyped of a franchise currently. There is the new Alien game, but since it is another video game, I can't see DbD getting Alien soon. But that is besides the point. This is for why Alien belongs, not if it will come.

The Xenomorph: So there are a lot of pros and cons about adding the Xenomorph to dbd. First pro, and most obvious, is that it would be badass. Now my concept has the Xenomorph climbing walls, planting face huggers, and leaping onto people. I can imagine that being a nightmare to code. There is also the con of the Xenomorph being too powerful compared to other killers, and yeah, that makes sense. However I beg to differ. My concept (I swear this isn't just a plug for concept) has the Xenomorph evolve over time, starting weak and growing into an unstoppable force. So you are right to say that the Xenomorph wouldn't be stunned by a pallet, but an infant xeno could.

Ellen Ripley: Yes. Oh God yes. Why is she not in this game? She is my go-to horror movie protagonist. She is so awesome and badass that there is no reason why she wouldn't fit the dbd universe.

Overall: So it's pretty basic reasoning but I think there would be a bunch of value in adding Alien to dbd.

It's less controversial than fnaf, it's hyped almost as much as fnaf, there are so many badass things you can do with it, just please BHVR, it's such an easy win for you to add Alien, but thats just my opinion. Please leave yours as well, but keep it civil.

(And expect another one of these for Bioshock because I have a lot to say about that one.)

Happy gaming!
