Legacy perk Inner Strength = More Self Care!

If I understand this right then as soon as ST chapter leaves then all new players won't be able to get Inner Strength? So this should mean that SC will be the one and only healing perk for new players? That give you complete heal at least. Which means a future with even higher % of SC users. This is not good right?

Oh I've seen Nancy players using self-care instead of IS so I wouldn't be too worried.

Ok so you can get them under different names or something in the Shrine. That is good..but still as a new player it can take many months before this will be in the Shrine.

I agree. I don't use it myself, but I stopped to hate it the time I got save by it.

End game, Kate is injured. I body block the Killer for her, she can leave. He downed me. I saw her aura: she is using Self-Care near the gates. I'm like, please, don't get caught, I sacrifice myself to save you.

She opened the gates... Then I saw her aura becoming bigger and bigger: she came back to get me up. As she was healthy, she was able to take a protection hit for me. And we both left together.

But most of the time, it's someone going into the corner of the map to heal while a teammate needs to be saved and no one is available.

i'd guess this is gonna play out the same as with the Nightmare on Elm Street DLC on switch, where the Perks are available, but their icons, names and descriptions changed to no longer be associated with the franchise.

we might just see Inner Strength more now, due to it no longer being locked as a teachable Perk.

I wonder if you bought the ST chapter before November 17 and had those perks on anyone will you still have the original perks anx perk descriptions or will the automatically switch to there new versions and descriptions?

Changed versions of the perks will be made available to all players through the shrine, but with altered icons. However, anyone that has purchased the DLC will keep the current form of the perks. Supposedly, this includes the current icons.
