No Chase Music (or Lullaby)

Loaded into a match and there was no terror radius or chase music, as well as no Lullaby from the Huntress, only the heartbeat.
Also got this bug a few chapters ago against a Legion and there was no heavy breathing when they went into frenzy
Seems to be a completely random occurance
