Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
RPD Locker Glitch

I was chasing a steve in a hallway on rpd as pyramid head, and he had head on (I dont know if it caused the glitch or just helped the glitch show) but he hopped in a locker and I grabbed him, and when I grabbed him the locker opened and closed a bunch. It said I still grabbed him but at the same time it looked like it didnt? I was walking at normal speed, but couldnt use my abilities or break pallets, vault, I couldn't do anything. When I tried hooking the steve it wouldn't let me. At the end of the game I also learned that the steve had become invisible to me and had been able to run around normally, and getting pallet stunned didn't help at all like I thought it might have.
