Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I've encountered a bug that a survivor who is downed is in the "Chained" animation and can't break out. Because of this, we can't heal them and get them healthy again, but they can't do anything because they're downed. As far as we can tell, this happens when a survivor is chained, and then is downed before the chains are removed. This happens a lot, and would be nice to be rid of.
