Is it possible to use Nancy's clothes/hair from different sets simultaneously? Or is the set the only way the items of that set can be weared?

They're collections, not sets. And so can be mixed and matched

Okay, thanks. I heard it was an issue with Cheryl so I wanted to make sure.

Yeah, Cheryl's cosmetics are all linked "sets", while Nancy, Steve, and Demo have regular cosmetics that aren't linked.
