Uncleansible totem PTB 5.2.0 Temple of Purgation

Found an uncleansible totem on PTB 5.2.0. When you run up to it and rub up against it, no cleanse icon appears, rendering uncleansible. I noticed however that if you hit it at an angle it shows up for a millisecond before it disappears.

Map: Temple of purgation in a shack
Frequency: Only was on the map once with the totem there, but I went around it multiple times to try to get the cleanse button to show up.
