Killer Glitch

For the past week or so my game has been glitching. When running from killers, my character glitches into a wall or whatever is around me... When fixing the generators or just walking or running. My game just glitches. My internet connection is perfectly fine. So how do I fix this or how do you fix this on your end cuz its only when I use a killer. Especially when I strike or use abilities
