Double hit vault - glitch

I was being chased by pig in one of the main Haddonfield houses and i ran up stairs and fast vaulted to the roof area with a decent enough gap to pig, but the killer still managed to lunge hit me, ok fine. As soon the injured animation stopped, I glitched straight back into the house but to left of the same window, as soon as I side stepped pig to go through again, she hit me for a second time and I was down 😅

There were a few choice swear words as I had Lithe which was why i fast vaulted out AND it was back to back games against a Pig which I only assume was the same one, but the console performance is pretty deeadful as we know, but glitching back into the room I just vaulted from is taking the **** altogether. Has anyone else had any glitching back in time issues?
