Now that the chapter has been announced, were there any clues we missed?
I'm just curious, can a dev confirm we found all the clues? Here's the list of what we got (as far as I know):
- "RAISE" and "HELL" spelled out in images and those audio files, respectively.
- Ace being trapped in the cage, just like the Cenobites are kinda "trapped" in the Lament Configuration.
- 1987 on the TV, the year the first Hellraiser film was released.
- The TV played a scene from the first Hellraiser film, when the Cenobites were summoned.
- The pin on that target.
- The bell emoji.
Did we miss any other clues?

Yeah, that's a good question.
I also wanna know if the red herring was just a meme or not as well

Red Herring was for another tweet by DbD Mobile about creating a build.

The RT though. Normally if you wanna retweet something, you'd just do it and instead of putting RT. This is what caused a good amount of confusion. I just wanna know if the RT was just a meme or they were actually trying to retweet

My money's on a simple mistake.

i think the rt was meant to bait springtrap at the time

Considering the tweet they retweeted, it does make sense to "lazily" just type "rt".

I can assure you that's not it.

They subjected us to torture via arguments by the fanbase between Hellraiser and Five Nights at Freddy's, just like a Cenobite would.

Mathieu Cote also tweeted last year "Two of my best friends are both named Simon. Is this just a fact about me or am I giving a hint?" In Hellraiser, Simon Sayce created the lament configuration, and Simon Bamford played one of the other cenobites. You could say that they were teasing this chapter over a year in advance.

This shadow is not there in the game.

Yeah, it's that, and not that Clive Barker writes stories about his personal extreme interests. Not at all~

I had interpreted that as them telling people to retweet it.

Same.

Weren’t those two Simons a hint to Silent Hill though? As it was pretty much right before the anniversary chapter reveal and all. I don’t recall who those two Simons were though (one would be Simon Gardner)

I sure hope not, because the Cenobites are into peeling their own flesh for "pleasure".

I think the bell emoji when they tweeted the teaser counts as a clue. I heard that bells ring when the Cenobites are summoned.

Right, I forgot that one. It's been added to the OP. Thanks.

I haven't seen any of the Hellraiser movies so I wouldn't know, but I saw people commenting that the bell was a hint too.

Don't forget the whole "HELLRAISER TEASER FINAL" which should've been a dead giveaway but somehow wasn't????

It was, but I'd rather not bring that up in here.

i wonder if the two clown emojis were some kind of hint as well? It seemed pretty out of place..

They don't do that to themselves. They have someone else do it. Besides, they're explorers of endless pain and pleasure.

That was a leak, not a clue

Hardly a leak. There wasn't any datamining, seeing the file name is a feature of the website and has been for a while, and BHVR voluntarily named it that
A leak would've been datamining.

Either way, I hope not.
It wasn't a clue, though. It was an oversight. I'd consider that an unintentional leak (as opposed to the ones companies "accidentally" do sometimes to build hype).

All of the screenshot teasers took place on the Church or Asylum maps. Pinhead's cannon name is Hellpriest and the 2nd film takes place in an asylum.

Thing is, is that an actual hint that we missed, or just a coincidence? This is why I wanted a dev to actually confirm all the clues they left us.
