What Scourge Hook Perk would you find intriguing?
The new chapter for DBD is in the works with Pinhead from "Hellraiser" as the new killer, and he's introduced us with a new type of perk for killers. Scourge Hooks. Which perk would be in your interests?
Remember, these perks have to be use on the SCOURGE HOOKS. Not the regular ones.
I only needed to write that just in case...

A Scourge Hook that is similar to Fire Up, but with the Scourge Hooks instead of Gens. You can only use it a certain number of times, though.
I like this idea! The one where Survivors loose item charges on hook also seems pretty interesting!
EDIT: Possible idea how this could work)
At the start of the Trial, all Hooks are changed into Scourage Hooks.
When a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourage Hook, that Hook is changed back into a default Hook for the rest of the Trial, you gain a stack-able 2/2.5/3% action speed bonus for each changed Hook. (bonus to the same actions Fire Up gives)

A Scourge Hook that, for a limited amount of time, causes a survivor to block a generator whenever they go near it.
Most of these ideas are just too circumstantial to be of any good use, 25% of an item per hook for a total of 75%? doubles the duration of exhausted effects from like 40 seconds to 80 but Exhaustion is reset after you're hooked so they still get use out of whatever perk, also though they're some of the best out there not everybody uses exhaustion perks. Frankly I'm just not a huge fan of perks that are made for the sole purpose of affecting other perks, so count me out for the hex totem thing too.
However, a slowdown perk that suddenly blocks generators that you run to for a limited time? Imagine getting hooked and not realizing this was in play- you run over with your buddy to help him finish a generator that's at 85% and then it's suddenly blocked off. That actually sounds incredible.
It'd probably work based on a timer- for 40 seconds after you're hooked any generator you approach will immediately be blocked for 20 seconds or something. Or maybe it's based on the number of generators you approach so the first 3 generators you approach will be blocked off for 30 seconds.
Either way I see lots of potential for a perk like this that can totally stand on its own in any build.
