핀헤드는 쾌락과 고통의 무한한 스릴을 탐닉하며, 경험의 더 큰 영역을 탐험하는 탐험가이다. 다른 차원을 여는 열쇠이자, 비탄의 배열 장치로 알려진 퍼즐 상자가 엔티티의 영역에서 발견되었다. 이제 그의 손에 들어가는 건 시간문제다. 장치가 열리자 그가 도착했다. 그리고 그의 등장 다음에는 영역에 쏟아진 달콤한 고통이었다.
