Will The Demogorgon be able to receive balance changes to his power/add-ons after November 17th?

Title pretty much says it.
I'm really curious if Demogorgon will be able to be changed after everything from ST chapter becomes a legacy?

Yes we will still be able to make balance/bug changes etc to all the characters in the game - they remain fully supported.

Not that i would want a rework for him, but would you be able to do reworks aswell or is this something where the ok of the licenseholder is needed?

On a full rework I really don't know, that's probably something that would be assessed at the time.

They can still balance and tweak him but don't expect a full rework.
It would be not so smart as a company to put a lot of time and effort into something that isn't paying the workhours anymore
