Auric Cells from Rift missing

Platform (steam, PC)

i bought the rift two days ago, the condition my rift tier are 50. then i activatye the premium pass, i notice i didn't get any auric cells from tier 1-50, but today i got the auric cells from, tier 51 and above.


the step that i want are, i want to get my auric cells from tier 1-50

this the first time
