would engineers fang as base kit be to op?

So I played quite some games as survivor and saw some gameplay of it and as of right now he feels like a decent killer with the add on because he can keep survivors injured well and from a massive range.

Not really since it can't down but i believe majority want Greasy lens and impaling wire to be base kit
