Fps issues again.

The fps issues are back, again nemesis is the worst to go against but it also happens every time any killer is going for a hit. Dead hard makes no distance and with 3 or 4 seconds of frozen screen, the game is again unplayable unless I become a stealth god and have no interaction with the killer. This is on ps4
