I’m healing people and it isn’t going up… do I have to heal somone with someone else ?

    Yes, you need to have two people healing the same survivor simultaneously for it to count towards this quest.

    NB: you get an equivalent of total heal in progress of this quest, and not just your own input (1 full co-op heal counts for 1 full heal, and not just 0.5 that you provided individually).
