Is this a Terror Radius glitch?
I've noticed in recent weeks that I've had killers appearing out nowhere with no terror radius. I know certain killers like Michael/Ghost face consistently can hide their terror radius but I'm talking about killers that haven't consistently had this happen at any point during the match previously and it only seems to happen randomly and never more than once.
Is there a random perk/hex that fascilitate this or is it a glitch?

They are likely running tinkerer perk. It removes red stain and terror radius when a gen hits 70% (might be off on %). While your gen might not be that complete it procs if you have teammates doing gens.

Thanks for the explanation. It's something that's been bugging me but I don't know enough about the killer side of things to say for certain if it was a mechanic or glitch.

Tinkerer is just one of a few perks that grant killers the Undetectable status effect, but is by far the most popular. There are also a handful of add-ons that grant the killer Undetectable under a variety of conditions.

Each time you meet a situation that is uncommon, after the game you have to look at the perks and add-ons. Else you won't improve ingame
