I sincerely hope you folks at Behavior take on board even some of these suggestions he makes because they are excellent and would put Mikey into a very comfortable spot.

I really like all the changes Scott suggested the problem is we don't really know how easy or difficult it would be to implement behind the scenes assuming that BHVR would even consider them in the first place

None of them are massive reworks. Mikey's basic power is the same, he just has tweaks/buffs to the numbers on it.
