Have you signed the Otzdarva petition?
Yeah, I did because I’m sick of not being able to do anything with the game constantly lagging for anything and people constantly get distance from my game lagging or lagging back into the killer from a good misdirection. But, someone once told me god forbid it takes them two years to fix something. So who knows what’ll happen. But how about you?

I'm not a petition signing guy. And I see no point in it either what will it change? Nothing.

Yes
Will it make a difference? Almost assuredly not
Will it make BHVR sweat a little more on this issue? Yes, and after all these years of garbage console optimization, I'm very much in support of that. If they couldn't guarantee the game would run decently on consoles, they never should've released the game on those platforms to begin with

Nah. Anyone could make one on change.org and whatever is said in it, nothing will change. Ironic lol.

Honestly I don't see why not, it's worth a shot.

Not gonna petition anything here. Since This isn't Behavior's fault. It is the Console manufacturer's responsibility and that is whom players need to ask FIRST. (Regards to Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft Consoles).
I started out on console and understand that consoles make development EXTREMELY difficult. As well as debugging and performance fixes are very tedious. When it comes to a Console, anyone making stuff for Vendor Locked hardware has an EXTREME challenge to do! There is TONS of politics behind the scenes and when this comes to Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft consoles they each have their own set of rules. What makes this even MORE difficult is the fact that each machine has very different hardware rules and this is a nightmare.
Going on about this. There are lots of interesting youtube videos out there that talk about challenges about the people whom publish games for these consoles . It is EXTREMELY difficult Vs PC. On a computer the limitations are endless. But on a Console there is a development KIT and major constraints that each Vendor allows (or will not allow). Yes, I would like to see optimizations across the board. But for this issue it doesn't fall on Behavior's responsibility.

I had no idea it even existed.

Theres no point to signing it, but its nice to have hopes.

Whether it works or not remains to be seen, but I do know taking no action guarantees that nothing will happen, whilst if something was done then the chance will be greater by however much.
As for optimisation, it's odd: Clearly, it's a common problem, but is there an issue solely with HDD, or does it also depend on internet speed, distance from servers, maintenance, etc.?
I ask this because I have an Xbox One, but I don't seem to have nearly the same amount of issues others have, and I've not added any hard drives. Sure, removing the cache from a console alone won't fix the problem, but it seems to work for me, mostly. So it feels there's more affecting performance than just what platform you use.

I'm playing on PS5 and it's worth a shot isn't it? Doesn't hurt players. Takes 2 minutes of your life.
