Why have the last two Legion outfits been messed up?

The last two Legion outfits, the cosplayer one released today and the Angsty Artist one released a while ago have been... goofed up. They don't have names on the sets, and use the animations for Joey and Susie, but it's Frank and Julie under the masks, respectively. That, and when you equip the Cosplayer mask on any of Joey's outfits, this happens.

What's the deal with this?

    Don't quote me on this, but a redditor from the sub mentioned that BHVR said it was because separate art teams worked on the last 2 skins, and were not informed that Joey/Susie were seperate characters from Frank/Julie. This probably happened because their models are named something like "Legion Female 1" and "Legion female 2" in the model files instead of their unique character names.
