Bugged Totem Spawn Locations

I'll include 2 totem locations (in picture) that are broken every time they spawn in that location. One on the top floor of Crotus Prenn Disturbed Ward, cleansing it causes your survivor to be stuck in one spot in the air, you can only rotate until the killer downs you to let you out (on the right). The other is on Lery's in a blue laundry bin under the x-ray display, this totem doesn't give you the 'cleanse' prompt at all (on the left).

I know people also complain of a similarly unusable totem on Coldwind farm, underneath one of the large tractor machines in some hay bales. It doesn't give you any prompt to cleanse either, but I don't have a photo of this one.

    Same issue i just got with the one in Lery's. Same totem location, i couldn't even cleanse it whether i was crouched or standing.
