Ps4- Camera view to side breaks sprint

When adjusting the camera view behind you in chase AND out of chase- your character stops sprinting. I have changed controllers and confirmed with others this happens to them as well. PLEAAAAASE FIX! Lag is bad but losing control of your character is unplayable.
