syringe still using medkit prematurely and i am NOT missing skill checks!!

a year later and the same bug still exists....the syringe should not be using my medkit yet. It's a yellow first aid kit with a syringe and even though i do not miss my skill checks and i still have plenty of charges, the syringe proctors prematurely...i guess this can continue to wait because it's not like it takes 11.5 MILLION bloodpoints to p3 max a survivor or anything AND it's not like a syringe needs to come in clutch either, smdh.
