Starting to wonder how common in-game hacking is.

I'm bming? But you're not? Interesting.

Also you keep saying a lot. How many then? Because in my 4k hours of playing this game I can count the amount of cheaters I've faced on 1 hand (because its exactly 5 lol, 10 if you count save file cheaters) and games where I lose nowadays is usually because I get outplayed. I'm not gonna call them out for cheats just because I lost.

Cool, another 4k turned into a 0k because of a lag switcher.

Nah, just a coincidence, I'm sure.

While i'm not going to say there aren't hackers who aren't obvious cause most likely there are. I do want to point out that killers have a lot more tracking then people realise.

For example slowly getting in a locker isn't completly silent. If i hook a person and you get in a locker next to me I am going to hear a creak. Even with Q&Q there is a little gasp of the survivor you can hear.

If i see a crow fly of somewhere and when i get there there are zero scratchmarks or anything i will check a nearby locker.

    It's not always hacking

I've seen a pig chasing people with 0 TR.

Myers getting to tier 3 super fast with tombstone on one side of the map and all 4 survs on the other. It was autohaven and I saw him coming out of the shack full power on when we were doing a gen at the other end.

I popped into a locker to heal (I had Nancy's perks plus Iron Will) so I knew my scratch marks weren't visible and the killer couldn't hear. 3 second later I hear the TR and the killer is chasing someone. Stops in my locker and gets me. Gobsmacking.

I've seen many others that run straight into lockers the other side of the map that don't make sense at all.

And one that moved so fast he was like teleporting.

Also, randomly, one day. I was in mcmillan's main building, someone got hooked, I went to unhook them and, as soon as I start, I appeared back on the main building after a half a second blackout. I was so confused.

I was playing with a friend that was near the hooked person and saw me dissappear as well and recorded it.

I hit record, but guess what? It was nowhere to be found on the gallery...

Sorry, completely off topic, but it just reminded me and I had to share.

I think that there are hackers on both sides but killer one are actually more subtel about it than survivors that literraly show off what they can do.

That's a cool story, ever heard the one of the fat man crawling down the chimney and steals cookies?

-A multitude of perks could have been the reason for that

-Myers requires less stalk for every time he reaches tier 3 while using a Tombstone add on

-You probably weren't as stealthy as you think

-You probably weren't as stealthy as you think

-Not even sure about this one, could of been a cheater but since you provide nothing else I can't tell

-This is just straight up your connection

    I agree 100%

Anyone with common sense KNOWS the most common type of hacker would be one who hides it and isn't BLATANT about it.

I very much suspect the main types of hacks ARE small speed boosts and aura reading ability.

Tell you what if I was a hacker. This is exactly what I would do. Hack so I see all auras at all times. Have speed boosts between 5-15% that I can toggle off and on at will. Have POP last way longer.
