Game freezing when attempting to leave score screen

Title. Game becomes unresponsive to any input while attempting to move on from the score screen. It seems not to matter which way to leave is chosen (archive, close, upgrade etc). Happens irregularly, sometimes several matches in a row and sometimes it does not happen for a while.
Running on Ultra settings with stable 63 fps.
Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
16GB DDR4 Ram
Geforce RTX 3070
Laptop
Any help for resolving the issue would be much appreciated!
