PS4 - Using An Exhaustion Perk Temporarily Freezes The Game

Fast Vaulted a window with lithe, game froze for me for 2 seconds. Used Dead Hard, game froze for me for 2 seconds.
Tested with a variety of survivors and against a variety of killers on a variety of maps.
Visual Bug has been present since Resident Evil Chapter dropped.
