I recently picked up the game again, how long has the stuttering been a thing on console versions of the game?

Major perfomance drop happened with Nemesis release. 3 month ago

Yeah like they said. Re chapter demolished last gen.

Stuttering has always been an issue but for the last 3 months it's gotten significantly worse.

For me it began with the blight release. Got worse with every chapter that came after.
