Have they appeared on the Shrine of Secrets at all? I'm waiting for them.

    Bloodwarden appeared a total of 10 times, most recently in the beginning of July.

    Starstruck and Lethal Pursuer haven't made their first appearance yet; they are both relatively new, so it's statistically reasonable.

    Keep in mind that shrine history has 0 effect on future shrine perks. Each time they are rolled randomly, and the outcome does not depend on previous results.

    semi randomly. usually you'll get two perks needed for a tome if one's active
