Legion: Is frenzy fatigue duration same/diff whether I cancel or hit survivor already w/deep wound?

Frenzy Fatigue by default lasts for 4 sec.
You can cancel your frenzy by pressing your power button, missing your attack, or hitting a survivor already afflicted with deep wound.
Was wondering if the duration of fatigue was different or same.

Im still puzzled as to why cancelling Frenzy has the same fatigue as a Nurse blinking not once, but twice AND swinging

hitting a survivor who allready has deep wound is just making ur time harder. giving them a speed boost and reseting there mend timer. unless u have that one addon.
