PC - Infinite Lithe Bug

Apparently i found a bug that when you vault using Lithe, and crouch right after, you get lithe until the end of the match, i searched on the forums and i found out that behavior is aware of the bug, but this is ridiculous since it made impossible for the killer to catch me. This should have been fixed right after it was discovered, it's been 2 months since the reports i found on the forum, please fix this, it's extremely unfair for killers.

To reproduce the bug:

1. Vault using Lithe.

2. Immediately crouch. (or vault another window, as other user stated this in his report)

3. Lithe will not fade and you will be able to use it for the rest of the match.

Character Used: Feng Min

Perks Played: Lithe, We Will Make It, Iron Will & Kindred

Map: The one with the big broken ship

Frequency of the issue: One time until now
