Flip-Flop should be buffed to work like this:
“While in the Dying State, your Recovery Progression will be converted to your Wiggling Progression up to a maximum of 40%/45%/50%, once you are picked up by the killer.”
This change would make it faster to get the maximum value of this perk (around 15 seconds of self-recovery instead of around 30 seconds)
It’s still not an OP Perk, but people might think of this as more than just a part of the power struggle meme build.
