No, DBD is oftentimes unfun.
with the tunneling and camping losing my rank. Yes damn right I get depip everytime they camp me and tunnel me. They should do a thing that if they camp and tunnel you, you don't depip.

The servers are falling apart. I can't play a single match without teleporting backward. And I know it isn't the current performance issues, because the killer gets incredibly disoriented too, and the game doesn't freeze as it should.

Its fun when u get a decent team, when u getting braindead vegetables, its hard to have fun. So i'd say its 50\50

I wouldn't still be here if I didn't had a constant, fair share of fun matches.
With that being said, it's not as fun as it used to be. The more you play the game, the more you understand it, and that's not always a good thing.

Yes, DBD is the most fun its ever been.
I haven’t been able to play it as much as I used to lately and the times I’m able to play it I’m having a lot of fun. I think not playing it as much is causing that.

A mix between this and the last answer
Yes i habe some fun matches
But overall...nah DBD isnt in a funny state right now
Survivors rush through their objectives and out of the game, leaving short and stressfull games to casual killers
Killers Camp/tunnel/slug like never before (i like to think that its cause they cant keep up with the surv meta)
Leaving just stressfull and unfun short games all along

Game's been annoying me a lot lately but I have genuinely enjoyed playing Demo again. I didn't have the stranger things DLC on my PC account, but I decided to buy it with the sale. I honestly do not regret it. I forgot how fun Demo can be. Perhaps that fun will be short-lived but for now, DBD is kinda alright, lol.

It's fun because I'm making it fun. I think that counts.
I have fun with my friend. We're so dumb. We played for hours today and the only times we escaped were when the killer refused to kill us.
If I were playing on my own I'd be miserable. I watched so many teammates today hiding in lockers or crouching around the edges of the map rather than touching gens. If I were trying to escape I'd be frustrated, but instead I'm using SWF to making dying fun.

I am currently very busy, but this should be done next week and I am really looking forward to play a lot of DBD.

Getting tired of the grind for the archives as usual.
Waiting for Pinhead to finally be released.
I'm encountering an issue where I'm actually running out of Bloodpoint Bonus offerings on my survivor mains, so I've been outsourcing my grind onto other characters who have offerings on them (I've get everybody at lvl 50 at the very least) but it feels like those are gonna also run out soon since I put most of my bloodpoints toward prestiging different killers.
Needless to say this isn't an issue on my killers, who all have literal bucketloads of offerings from the anniversary event and just in general. On Deathslinger alone because I was working to get him all perks at P3 I've got literally some 50 5th anniversary cakes. On Oni and Ghostface I've got around 20+ or 30+ ish and plenty of party streamers, survivor puddings, and 100% bonus offerings in a single category to last me for a good decent while on multiple killers.
Also waiting for something significant to change in the game as well- like a crafting system or BP store where you can sell certain offerings / items / add-ons for BP at a reduced cost, the pre-game collapse, real rewards for prestiging survivors or raising your devotion level, and recently I've been dying for an update to our inventories so we can create pre-assembled loadouts or at least a search bar to find a specific perk because I'm so tired of flipping through the pages to find what I'm looking for nowadays. The most likely thing to look forward to is Boon Totems but even that we haven't heard anything new or significant. Also waiting on the next killer rework / update, and I'm still really looking forward to another update to the Clown because the fkn yellow Jarate is just garbage.
So yeah... the intermediary periods between content updates of Dead By Daylight get a bit dull and stale.. it really doesn't take all that much to hold the interest of an audience, just a small balance change here and there would pique the interests of a lot of players. But sadly the devs insist on this extremely slow, cautious development cycle even for the smallest most minute of changes.

Balance wise it´s propably never been better (except for low-rank soloq and low tier killers pepehands) but cheating has become more frequent than ever. This makes the game super unfun (mostly for killer though, for some reason cheaters prefer survivor).

I personally play DbD like I do with a lot of multiplayer competitive games, I pick it up for short bursts of time, a couple weeks/months, and then I usually put it down for the same amount of time or longer. I gotta say though, this recent mid chapter patch is looking GOOD. Aside from boon totems that is. ######### is busted as all #########.
I find when I play killer I play really hard. It may be because I play a relatively weak killer (Legion) so the matches are just generally harder but I am very focused on winning when I play killer n it sometimes drives me away from playing, like I won't want to have to try so hard or I won't want to get stomped so badly. It's quite frequent I open the game, pick Play as Killer, and just stare at the screen for a bit then close the game. I've tried getting into other killers and while I certainly enjoy playing as different killers I usually end up coming back to Legion. I don't know if it's their design or their power (running fast wooooooo) or their lore or a mixture of all the things combined that makes it happen but it does. I also recently P3'd my Legion so they have been quite weak perk-wise also, so that could be an element in my frustration recently.
As for survivor I sometimes just play it if I wanna play DbD but I mostly wanna relax? I don't care about winning nearly as much as survivor - I definitely TRY to win like I don't piss around all that much or run all too many perks that are "just for fun" but when I die it doesn't usually irk me, depending on how invested I was in the match or if it was due to a dumb random or whatever. Or spirit. Lol.

Ever since the MMR was turned on, my killer matches have become so difficult that I can't play killer anymore. On the survivor side, it just feels fun here and there. Lately, I just play HOPING i have fun, rather than actually enjoying myself. It's probably about that time for another break from the game.

I only have no fun when survivors abuse tricks to win like body blocking. Had that happen a couple times now. I don't mind losing a match but it's infuriating when I'm being followed with flashlights and I can't even hook anyone cuz they stand in the way.
