I need help.

For background knowledge, I played Huntress on my cousins console and made significant progress with levels and cosmetics. However, now my console won't let me buy Huntress with Auric cells. It only pulls up the option to buy her DLC pack in the store.

Is this a glitch I should report, or is there another way to unlock Huntress?

The Huntress is free, it's taking you to the store to download it not buy it.
