Cheating or just that good? (Question for Nurse mains)
Yesterday my friends and I got into a match with a Nurse who seemed semi good. She was running Ruin/Infectious/Undying/ Shadowborn and no add ons.
It was going normal until we started to notice she kept looking in the direction where everyone was and would hold her blink as if she had BBQ which come to find out she didn’t have.
Well, looking at their steam profile they had 47 hours into the game with the 1000 sacrifices achievement.
My question is, is this even remotely possible?

I'd say probably a dummy account for a really good player, or a cheater. That's my first instinct, at least.

My first instinct was that they were just good during the match. Then she (the nurse) started to look like she was “hiding” the fact that she could somehow see us. It was very obvious. She would look around and stop, and then I thought she had whispers which she didn’t. It was very odd. XD
Anyway, then I thought we’ll maybe it is possible to get that many kills even on a smurf account? But no way do I think any other killer would be capable of doing this, but even 1000 kills in 47 hours seems like a stretch IMO.

Let's do some math.....
47 hours x 60 minutes per hour = 2,820 minutes.
Let's say each game lasted about 20 minutes. (Not including lobby wait time)
So 2,820 minutes divided by 20 minutes per game = 141 games.
Let's also assume she got a 4k, every game.
141 games times 4 people per game = 564.
That's just over half of the 1000 she needed for the achievement.
Unless she is some super god level Nurse, who gets super quick lobby times, and every game is 10 minutes or less, I'd say they are cheating in some way.

20 minutes is unrealistic even if you included wait times. A good Nurse can (and if they want to, will) end trials in 5 minutes, and where I live I immediately get killer trials the moment I hit the ready button. So if we round that up to 8 minutes to take into account menu time and increase in wait time at low ranks, the number of potential trials comes out at 353, or 1,412 kills at 100% 4k's. That's more than enough for a scummy Nurse main's baby-bullying smurf account.
Which doesn't explain away the other bits.

But we dont know if the nurse was versing people who were hiding and make the game last longer

What is a throwaway account?
Not that I am saying she is bad, because as I already stated she was decent. I can’t recall how long our match lasted but we got down to one gen. On top of that she slugged for the 4K (dunno why since she was also standing on top of hatch herself and the body was nowhere near).
Anyway, I can only speak for my match against her, but the whole thing was just very strange.

That was my initial reaction, until I questioned her achievement of 1000 sacrifices in 47 hours.
Because she was only decent at best. That’s not to say she didn’t snowball in her previous matches, but that’s why I wanted to ask Nurse mains since I don’t play her, and I wanted to ask if this was possible.

was the profile private? if so they are probably a hacker, ill be honest i kind of skim this while i wait for queues, but as the math fellow pointed out its not really possible to get feast in under 100 hours. i dont want to say they were cheating openly but the signs point to it it seems.

Quite possibly a dummy acc. Lots of high level players in this game resort to smurfing to avoid well known SWF's they get matched against. A God level/High level nurse would likely do this to lower the amount they need to sweat.
They could certainly be cheating though, i doubt its possible without the achievement manager to get 1k kills in that amount of time.

I don’t recall if it was private or not, but I think you’re right all the signs point to that.
I know Nurse is a very difficult killer to master, so I almost feel honored going against them, because some of them are beyond good. So I never like to go there immediately so I thought I would ask people who play her.

She 4k’d us but I wouldn’t say we were bad. I ran her for about 2 gens and we ended up with 1 gen left, because she still had Ruin by the time we lost a teammate.
That said, I am not salty about it nor do I think she didn’t deserve her kills, I actually complimented her blinks.
My question was based off the fact that she held her blink after every hook and teleported in the direction of the other survivors without BBQ and also how she could get A feast for the entity in 47 hours worth of play time.
I don’t play Nurse so I don’t know how long it had taken people who do get that achievement.

If he was looking in the good direction 100% of the time without any "aura" perks, it's a wallhacker for sure... Played against one Blight exactly like this yesterday. We all thought he had BBQ or something but nope. He was even rushing to ppl that were hidden far from any gen... No way.
