Glitching through the ground

We were playing in Hawkins and the killer had dropped me in the doorway where the rubble is and my Ace completely glitched through the ground. For all extensive purposes I became a brick. Unable to move, be picked up or revived. I am xbox so only could take a quick photo
Please look into this
