He's one of the best killers in the game and he's fun. So definitely no.

If you like him, sure. You shouldn't play a killer solely off their viability, the fun will wear off fast. If you think hes fun to play and want to get better at him, he's a great killer to get good at and has an essentially infinite skillcap. Hes plenty fun to play and has some amazing cosmetic game too. Hes well worth sinking some time into if you enjoy him.
